Meet Our Team
Neil Woollacott
Neil and his wife Lee and their family arrived in the Peel Region 24 years ago. Since then, they have made Mandurah their home.
Neil has been involved in the real estate industry for over 35 years. For some of that time he has owned and run his own business. More recently, Neil was the licensee of the local Elders Real Estate office in Mandurah.
At the start of 2021, Neil decided it was time to run his own business again, so he and his wife Lee have commenced Realty Force South.
Neil and Lee have been happily married for over 40 years!! (… and they still get along well 😊!). Their 4 children are all married, and between them have produced 9 grandchildren. According to Neil and Lee, all 9 of them are perfect!!
Outside of real estate, Neil is involved with a number of business and community development groups, and they are members of a local church in Mandurah.

Nichole Howard
Nichole commenced her career in 1988. Since that time, she has gained valuable first-hand experience in all aspects of Real Estate including Sales, Commercial and Residential Property Management and throughout her career, she has continually supported other Property Managers to reach their full potential.
Nichole has had a very successful career in Real Estate and has sold & managed many properties for her clients.
Her main goal and focus is to develop and build a long lasting Real Estate Business offering ongoing training and support for all her clients and staff and having a reputation as being an industry leader with attention to detail.
Nichole was a Principal and founding partner of Giles Jones First National Real Estate which she owned with her business partner Campbell Giles and successfully ran in the Midland and Hills area for 23 years.
In 2007, she was awarded the REIWA Property Manager of the Year, she was a finalist in 2008 REIA Awards and in the same year received First National’s highest award “The Chairman’s Circle Award”.
Nichole believes strongly that the key to real estate success is the art of communication and this is reflected by developing strong, loyal business relationships with clients, impeccable customer service standards and keeping clients thoroughly informed in every step of the sales and management process.
Nichole has sold her Real Estate Business and since relocated to Mandurah where she now resides with her husband Glen. She has maintained her skills by consulting to many real estate offices and offering training and assistance where required.
Nichole is looking to re-establish herself now in Mandurah and has joined Realty Force South with Neil Woollacott and his team. Nichole and Neil worked together back in the 1990’s in Kalgoorlie and after all these years have decided to work together again!

Lee has not only supported Neil’s involvement in the real estate industry for over 35 years, but she has held a number of work positions herself in the health and education areas.
At the start of 2021, Lee and Neil decided it was time for them to run their own business again, so they have commenced Realty Force South.

Outside of work, Lee enjoys playing music on her flutes (one is a concert flute, the other is a timber Native American one) and spending time with the grandchildren. Lee and Neil are members of a local church in Mandurah.

Siegi Eyre
Siegi Eyre is:-
a wife, mother and awesome Omi (Grandmother to her three (3) beautiful grandchildren).
Siegi currently works as PA to Neil Woollacott for Realty Force South in Mandurah. Previously she worked in a private College as PA to the Principal and all things Events and Administration, but her beginnings in the workforce was in a Bank.
Siegi says…Having been born in Austria and then immigrating to Australia at a very early age, I truly appreciate the more relaxed lifestyle in Western Australia. My husband Kevin and I along with our two young daughters relocated to Mandurah, over 18 years ago and we love living here. We have become loyal members in our local church and community while also working with them to financially support children and families who need us to be there for them.
In order to build on her knowledge of the Real Estate industry, Siegi is currently studying to complete the Real Estate Sales Registration Course.
