Meet Our Team
Neil Woollacott
Neil and his wife Lee and their family arrived in the Peel Region 24 years ago. Since then, they have made Mandurah their home.
Neil has been involved in the real estate industry for over 35 years. For some of that time he has owned and run his own business. More recently, Neil was the licensee of the local Elders Real Estate office in Mandurah.
At the start of 2021, Neil decided it was time to run his own business again, so he and his wife Lee have commenced Realty Force South.
Neil and Lee have been happily married for over 40 years!! (… and they still get along well 😊!). Their 4 children are all married, and between them have produced 9 grandchildren. According to Neil and Lee, all 9 of them are perfect!!
Outside of real estate, Neil is involved with a number of business and community development groups, and they are members of a local church in Mandurah.

Lee has not only supported Neil’s involvement in the real estate industry for over 35 years, but she has held a number of work positions herself in the health and education areas.
At the start of 2021, Lee and Neil decided it was time for them to run their own business again, so they have commenced Realty Force South.
Lee and Neil have been happily married for over 40 years!! (… and they still get along well 😊!). Their 4 children are all married, and between them have produced 9 grandchildren. According to Lee and Neil, all 9 of them are perfect!!
Outside of work, Lee enjoys playing music on her flutes (one is a concert flute, the other is a timber Native American one) and spending time with the grandchildren. Lee and Neil are members of a local church in Mandurah.

Siegi Eyre
Siegi Eyre is:-
a wife, mother and awesome Omi (Grandmother to her three (4) beautiful grandchildren).
Siegi currently works as PA to Neil Woollacott for Realty Force South in Mandurah. Previously she worked in a private College as PA to the Principal and all things Events and Administration, but her beginnings in the workforce was in a Bank.
Siegi says… Having been born in Austria and then immigrating to Australia at a very early age, I truly appreciate the more relaxed lifestyle in Western Australia. My husband Kevin and I along with our two young daughters relocated to Mandurah, over 18 years ago and we love living here. We have become loyal members in our local church and community while also working with them to financially support children and families who need us to be there for them.
In order to build on her knowledge of the Real Estate industry, Siegi has also completed the ‘Real Estate Sales Registration Course’.

Mum to an extra-ordinary 19-year-old son and living in the palm of the Lord’s hand. Enjoy spending time with family and my grand-niece and nephew who calls me Denny.
Born in South Africa, I migrated to Australia in 2005 and started out in Adelaide. In 2008 I relocated to Perth, made various changes and now enjoy the beautiful nature and atmosphere of North Yunderup. I love attending church with my family at Paradox in Baldivis where I’ve made friends and spend time with a lovely group of ladies at a women’s connect group every fortnight.
I’ve been working in various roles throughout my career and have gained 30 plus years’ experience in different areas of support. Currently working on building my Real Estate knowledge and aim to complete Cert IV in Real Estate by December 2025.
