Meet Our Team
Neil Woollacott
Neil and his wife Lee and their family arrived in the Peel Region 24 years ago. Since then, they have made Mandurah their home.
Neil has been involved in the real estate industry for over 35 years. For some of that time he has owned and run his own business. More recently, Neil was the licensee of the local Elders Real Estate office in Mandurah.
At the start of 2021, Neil decided it was time to run his own business again, so he and his wife Lee have commenced Realty Force South.
Neil and Lee have been happily married for over 40 years!! (… and they still get along well 😊!). Their 4 children are all married, and between them have produced 9 grandchildren. According to Neil and Lee, all 9 of them are perfect!!
Outside of real estate, Neil is involved with a number of business and community development groups, and they are members of a local church in Mandurah.

Lee has not only supported Neil’s involvement in the real estate industry for over 35 years, but she has held a number of work positions herself in the health and education areas.
At the start of 2021, Lee and Neil decided it was time for them to run their own business again, so they have commenced Realty Force South.
Lee and Neil have been happily married for over 40 years!! (… and they still get along well 😊!). Their 4 children are all married, and between them have produced 9 grandchildren. According to Lee and Neil, all 9 of them are perfect!!
Outside of work, Lee enjoys playing music on her flutes (one is a concert flute, the other is a timber Native American one) and spending time with the grandchildren. Lee and Neil are members of a local church in Mandurah.

Siegi Eyre
Siegi Eyre is:-
a wife, mother and awesome Omi (Grandmother to her three (4) beautiful grandchildren).
Siegi currently works as PA to Neil Woollacott for Realty Force South in Mandurah. Previously she worked in a private College as PA to the Principal and all things Events and Administration, but her beginnings in the workforce was in a Bank.
Siegi says… Having been born in Austria and then immigrating to Australia at a very early age, I truly appreciate the more relaxed lifestyle in Western Australia. My husband Kevin and I along with our two young daughters relocated to Mandurah, over 18 years ago and we love living here. We have become loyal members in our local church and community while also working with them to financially support children and families who need us to be there for them.
In order to build on her knowledge of the Real Estate industry, Siegi has also completed the ‘Real Estate Sales Registration Course’.

Lisa Morgan
She has worn many hats over the years, ranging from being a Laboratory Assistant with many years of experience in the medical (pathology) and industrial sectors. School council secretary at her kids’ school, plus volunteering to assist in the classroom helping struggling students with their literacy skills by having one on one time with them. She was also involved in the school mentoring program and helped the school chaplain run the breakfast club. More recently she has had a stint in childcare and run and worked in a busy café/restaurant business.
Lisa is excited about her new journey into real estate after completing the Certificate IV in Real Estate with REIWA early last year for Property Management, and has now up skilled with more study to become a Sales Representative.
